In the event you need to return a new item, please contact us at 314.806.6270 All new product returns must be in new condition with no signs of installation use or wear and in the original packaging in saleable condition. A restocking fee may apply.  Please note, we do not accept returns on any electronic parts under any condition.
 

How Do I return anItem

Contact us at 314.806.6270 Then, ship the item or items back to us in the original package. We highly recommend you get insurance for the return shipment. We are not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged in transit. 
 

Please make sure to properly pack your return and clearly write “RETURN” on the outside of the shipping box. Please do not write on the items packaging as your product will not be considered “resalable”. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault.
